Hospice of Dickinson County will host a Hospice Volunteers meeting on Tuesday, August 21, at 6:30 p.m. at the Home Health and Hospice Office, 1111 N. Brady, Abilene.
Debbie Bielefeld, Hospice Volunteer Coordinator, will present “When the Dog Bites,” a program on the topic of being cautious of aggressive dogs and how protective they are when you enter the home of a hospice patient. Solutions and safeguards will be discussed.
