Memorial Health System Partners with Press Ganey for Patient Satisfaction Feedback

Memorial Health System has partnered with Press Ganey for the purpose of measuring, analyzing, and improving the patient experience.

It is the mission of Memorial Health System (MHS) to enhance the health and wellness of all. In an effort to accomplish our mission, we have contracted with Press Ganey, to survey patients via mail or email on our behalf and compile patient satisfaction data. Not every patient will receive a survey. Those patients who do will have the opportunity to give feedback about their experience at MHS and about the staff who provided their care.

MHS is striving to improve our patient experience. We are making an effort to ensure that each patient receives excellent customer service and care. If you should receive a survey, please take the time to give us feedback.
