Employees of Memorial Health System (MHS) recently wore blue jeans at work for another “Jeans Day” fundraiser. Employees who made a donation of at least $5 were allowed to wear blue jeans on the last Friday of September. The day was organized by the MHS Employer of Choice (EOC) committee. A total donation of $265 was presented to The HOPE Center in Abilene. The HOPE Center offers emergency aid to families and individuals of Dickinson County and is a clearing house for other agencies, such as the Salvation Army.
