Diabetes Support Group Meets on Tuesday, January 8

The Dickinson County Diabetes Support Group will meet on Tuesday, January 8, at 1:00 p.m. at Memorial Hospital, in Abilene, Conference Room B. Jennifer Kirkpatrick, the dietitian at Memorial Health System, invites anyone with diabetes and/or their family members to join the group.

The New Year is often a time that people reflect on the past year and dream about things they would like to change going forward into the next year. Often, people make resolutions and set goals as part of this process. For those of you with diabetes, goals are very important to help you stay on track and stay as healthy as possible, but not every goal is a good goal. Please join us on January 8 as we discuss our goals for the New Year, and learn how setting S.M.A.R.T. goals will increase our odds of success!

The Dickinson County Diabetes Support Group is open to anyone with diabetes and family members of those with diabetes. The group meets the first Tuesday of each month.
