Massage Therapy Hours Extended at Impact Sports and Fitness

Memorial Health System’s massage therapist, Nicole Goodale, is now providing services at Impact Sports and Fitness and Comprehensive Pain Clinic, in Abilene.

“I come from a really supportive family, my mom and dad, my two sisters, and now my wonderful fiancé,” Goodale said. “I want to be available as much as possible for my clients.”

Goodale lives in Abilene. She attended school at Bellus Academy in Manhattan, Kansas. Her schedule includes massages in the mornings at Comprehensive Pain Clinic, and afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays at Impact Sports and Fitness.

“We are so excited to be able to offer weekend and evening massage appointments,” Impact Sports and Fitness Director, RaeLyn Swisher said.

“I love to see people leave happy and relaxed, and massage is a way for people to leave their stress behind,” Goodale said. “Massage will relax you, but also has multiple health benefits such as: insomnia related to stress, fibromyalgia, anxiety, pain relief, and it relaxes your muscles!”
