Home Health & Hospice of Dickinson County Cancels Meetings & Golf Tournament

Home Health & Hospice of Dickinson County will not hold any Caregiver Support Group meetings or Bereavement Support Group meetings until further notice due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) crisis. However, bereavement services are still available, to those who may need it, by contacting the office.

Also, Hospice of Dickinson County regrets to announce that the Annual Ed Kuntz Memorial Golf Tournament has been canceled for 2020. The difficult decision to cancel the tournament was made because of the economic impact COVID-19 may have on our community. They absolutely plan to continue hosting the tournament again in 2021, and hope that the supporters will continue to be a part of it. Hospice of Dickinson County is very appreciative of everyone’s support over the previous years. If your organization has supported the tournament in the past, and would like to donate to Hospice of Dickinson County this year, those donations may be sent directly to their office. Donations will be placed in the hospice fund, which will allow them to continue providing care to their most vulnerable patients at no cost. However, they do understand the economic strain that our local businesses are facing at this unprecedented time, and in no way want any of their supporters to feel obligated to give. Again, thank you for your support of Hospice of Dickinson County. They hope everyone stays healthy, and look forward to seeing you next June on the course!
