The Memorial Health System Volunteer Corps (MHSVC) recently purchased a four-hole electric steam table for the Food and Nutritional Services (FANS) department at Memorial Hospital in Abilene through the volunteers’ annual gifting program. The table is used to hold pre-cooked foods that are already at safe hot food holding temperatures.
