Solomon Presbyterian Women Bring Holiday Cheer To Patients at Memorial Hospital

The Solomon Presbyterian woman’s group recently dropped off several small Christmas trees, once again, to help deliver some cheer to patients who will be staying at Memorial Hospital, in Abilene, through the holiday season.  They realize it is an especially hard time to be away from family. Their project has continued for the fourth year in a row now, and they will most likely continue to do this in the future. The women of Solomon Presbyterian meet regularly, and occasionally work on projects to give back to the community.  Pictured from left to right is McKenzie Funston, Volunteer Services Director of Memorial Health System, Rosalie Cornelius, Vivian Vaughan, and Rose Carlson; all members of the Solomon Presbyterian group.
