Frontier Estates is owned and operated by Abilene Housing, Inc., a non-profit corporation that is managed by Memorial Health System in Abilene, and funding for rental assistance is provided through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Since opening its doors in 1978, Frontier Estates was designed to be an independent living apartment facility for low income senior citizens, and we are proud to still be providing this housing opportunity today!
This apartment facility is provided for individuals ages 62 or over who meet (HUD) income guidelines.
Located in Abilene, minutes away from physician offices, visiting specialists, and Memorial Hospital. Utilities are included!
