Memorial Health System (MHS) affiliated with Salina Regional Health Center (SRHC) on January 1, 2021, making them the third hospital after Lindsborg and Concordia to join forces with Salina.  What does this mean?  In short, all employees that work for affiliated hospitals are actually employees of SRHC.  Being an employee for SRHC opens more doors for employees that work for smaller health systems.  A healthy benefit package, scholarships and tuition reimbursement programs, specialized training opportunities, and an abundance of teammates to collaborate with are just a few perks for employees who working in this larger system of four hospitals.
