Impact Sports and Fitness in Abilene announces the addition of Kelly DeSarro to the staff as a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Classes she teaches include ballet barre, Zumba, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Tabata, core, and more. “I have danced for 14 years doing ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, and lyrical,” she said.
Kelly, 23, is originally from Canton, Ohio and currently lives in Junction City. She graduated from Kent State University, studying exercise physiology. Kelly is a Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist. She is currently going back to school for her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Kelly was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, and moved to six different states because her dad served in the United States Air Force. She enjoys camping, hiking, journaling, scrapbooking, and binge-watching true crime. Kelly has a mini Goldendoodle named Oakley.
Impact Sports and Fitness is excited to add Kelly as an eighth Nationally Certified Personal Trainer to their staff of fitness professionals, and to offer some new classes based on her experience with dance and fitness.
