ABOUT THE EVENT
From June 2 through July 30, local vendors will have the opportunity to set up in the hospital lobby and offer their products to staff, patients, and visitors.
This event creates a meaningful connection between our hospital and the local business community, bringing convenience, visibility, and community spirit together in one space.
VENDOR OPPORTUNITY
We invite small businesses throughout Dickinson County to participate.
As a vendor, you will:
- Set up a display in a high-traffic hospital location
- Sell directly to employees, patients, and visitors
- Increase awareness of your business within the community
Vendor Requirements
- Provide your own merchandise and display setup. Examples include:
- 6 ft tables
- display racks
- small shelves
- Manage your own payment methods
- Participate on your assigned two-day schedule
- Products must comply with hospital guidelines
- Open food will be allowed on case-by-case basis
- No strong scents
- No animals allowed inside of hospital
- Not sure if your product meets the guidelines? Tell us about it!
- Professional conduct will be expected in a public hospital setting.
Participation Fee
A $50 vendor deposit is required and helps support the MHS Volunteer Corps Scholarship Program, investing in the next generation of healthcare professionals. This fee is non-refundable and confirms your spot.
Event Schedule
- Runs weekly, June 2 – July 30
- One vendor featured per week
- Two-day setup per vendor – Choose two days (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)
- Open for business during the same hours as the Caring Hearts Gift Shop (8:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
