The Parkinson’s Program at Impact Sports and Fitness is dedicated to helping individuals live stronger, more active lives after a Parkinson’s diagnosis. Through specialized classes, access to fitness equipment, and expert guidance, participants are supported in improving strength, mobility, balance, and overall confidence, all at no cost to them.
This program exists today thanks to the generosity of early community support. Initial funding from the Coyote Crazy Parkinson’s Benefit Walk helped launch these services, creating opportunities for individuals in Dickinson County to stay active, engaged, and connected close to home.
Since that time, the program has continued to grow and evolve to meet the needs of participants. Ongoing local support and fundraising efforts now sustain and expand these services, ensuring individuals and families affected by Parkinson’s disease continue to have access to vital resources.
At its core, this program is about more than fitness, it’s about community, encouragement, and improving quality of life for those navigating Parkinson’s every day.
