Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community and the success of Impact the Cause, Memorial View Park now features brand-new playground equipment designed to promote active, healthy living for families. What began years ago as Impact the Cure has grown into Impact the Cause—expanding support for a wide range of community health initiatives through the Memorial Health Foundation.

The new playground is one of the first major projects funded under this broader mission. More than just a place to play, it represents an investment in youth health, encouraging physical activity, healthy habits, and meaningful time outdoors. This project directly supports health priority #4, Physical Activity, identified in our 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment by creating fun, accessible opportunities for children and families to stay active.

It stands as a lasting reminder that when our community comes together, we create spaces—and opportunities—that improve health and wellness for generations to come.
