Memorial Health System recently welcomed Todd Smith to the team at Heartland Health Care Clinic in Abilene as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
Smith received his Associate Degree in Nursing from Cloud County Community College in Concordia, Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Kansas Wesleyan University in Salina, and Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Wichita State University in Wichita. Before joining Heartland Health Care Clinic, he worked as an APRN at the Mowery Clinic in Salina.
When asked, what do you like most about working in health care? Smith said, “I enjoy providing quality patient care, and taking the extra steps needed to provide education to patients.”
Smith was born and raised in Concordia, and lives in Salina. He and his wife, Dana, have four sons. When he isn’t working, he enjoys remodeling homes and spending time with his grandkids.
