MHS Employees Donate to Local Boy

Employees of Memorial Health System (MHS) wore blue jeans at work, in May, for a “Jeans Day” fundraiser. Employees who made a donation of at least $5 were allowed to wear blue jeans on Fridays in May. A total donation of $1,075 was presented to Jaxon Armendariz and his family. Jaxon received a kidney transplant in July of 2021. Jaxon, now 14 years old, continues on his journey but has recently had some additional health issues that included numerous hospital stays. The Jeans Day was organized by the MHS Employer of Choice (EOC) committee.
