Employees of Memorial Health System (MHS) wore blue jeans at work for another “Jeans Day” fundraiser on Fridays throughout the month of June. Employees make a donation, of at least $5, and are allowed to wear blue jeans at work. A total donation of $605 was presented to Neighbor to Neighbor in Abilene. Neighbor to Neighbor is a community space, a safe place, which welcomes women of all walks of life who wish to share their time & talent with one another, with or without children. The Neighbor to Neighbor “Food for Families” program has seen a recent increase for its service. If you would like to donate or help in any way, please call 785-200-6750.
