Mabel Carlson, Dietary Manager and Environmental Services Supervisor at Village Manor, retired from the workforce on May 31st. A retirement reception was held in her honor at Village Manor where many residents, co-workers, and family members gathered to celebrate her almost 16 years of employment at the long-term care facility. Many kind words were spoken about Mabel, and a few tears were shed, but there were also many smiles. Mabel said she is going to miss it, but will stop in to visit from time to time. Memorial Health System thanks Mabel for her years of service and wishes her all the best in her retirement.
