Solomon Presbyterian Ladies Donate Christmas Trees for Hospital Rooms

The Solomon Presbyterian ladies group made a donation of small, table-top sized Christmas trees to Memorial Hospital in Abilene the week before Christmas. The group of woman decorated the trees for the season, which were placed in the patient rooms at the hospital along with greeting cards they made. This is the second consecutive year the group has helped to spread Christmas cheer for patients in the hospital. Representing the Solomon Presbyterian ladies were:  Jeaneen Taplin (far left), Betty McNett (third from left), Rosalie Cornelius (fourth from left), and June Taylor (sixth from left). They are shown with staff of the Inpatient Unit from Memorial Hospital, along with Michelle McClanahan (second from left), Director of Volunteer Services for Memorial Health System.
